You will need to prepare, 15 to 20 drops of grapefruit essential oil, demiera sugar, and an airtight jar. To make the scrub, mix the sugar and the oil thoroughly in the jar. As you normally do your facial scrubbing, use the mixture you made to detoxify your skin. But remember to moisten first your face with the use of water, and then get a small amount of the scrub. Using your fingertips, apply it to your skin in circular motion. This scrub will cleanse your pores, removes your dead skin cells, and leaves your skin silky smooth and fresh.

  • 15 drops cedarwood atlas essential oil
  • 1 cup Epsom salt
  • 4 table spoon carrier essential oil
  • 15 drops bergamot essential oil


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl thoroughly.
  2. Put it into a container and use it when you take you a bath or shower.
  3. Apply it on a wet skin using a circular motion.
  4. Wash it off with warm water.

You may either use any of the following or choose carrier oil depending on the availability of essential oil in your place.
